Confirm Your Appointment
After receiving your request, we will review the information provided as quickly as possible and then reach out to you to confirm availability, appointment details, and any additional information before your scheduled appointment. We will even send you an estimate of our services so that the process is as smooth as possible!
Meet with Your Notary
At your scheduled time, your notary will meet you at the selected location or connect with you online for eligible Remote Online Notarization appointments. Please have your required documents and valid identification available.
Complete Your Notarization
Your documents will be reviewed for completeness, and the notarization will be completed according to Virginia notary requirements. Once finished, you can move forward with confidence knowing your notarization has been properly completed.
